Factory Supply Co. designs and produces apparel, patches, stickers, prints and other products that feature original graphics inspired by hot rod culture, gasoline logos, vintage character trademarks and retro advertising. Factory Supply Co. products are designed, illustrated and created by Mark Dulmadge and his Calgary based graphic design company, Storm Design Inc.

Garment and printed artwork colors are reproduced on our website and marketing materials as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color can sometimes occur as a result of the settings and color calibration of your monitor. For any products that feature a distressed finish, we try to include a close-up of the image to give an accurate representation of the finished product. Our screen printed Adult size shirts are available in sizes Medium to 2XL. We use Gildan Style 2000 Ultra Cotton short sleeve t-shirts. Our online store includes an inventory system that we update on a regular basis to show what items and sizes are available. Please review the sizing chart outlined on the screen printed apparel page to ensure that you order the correct size.

Shipping and handling charges are in addition to our product prices. Shipping prices are determined by the Canadian Postal Service shipping rates. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders placed through our own online store are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times after that are out of our control, so choose your shipping speed (surface or air) accordingly. If you plan to buy more than three shirts, please contact us first so we can confirm the shipping rates and try and save you some money.

Here are the available shipping options and general transit times for screen printed t-shirts - Please note - orders are shipped from CANADA:
USA – Small Packet AIR is $9.00 and $3.00 for each additional t-shirt (4-10 days business days between major centres)
CANADA – Regular Parcel is $9.00 and $3.00 for each additional t-shirt (5 - 10 business days between major centres)
CANADA – Xpresspost is $13.00 and $3.00 for each additional t-shirt (1-2 days between major centres)
INTERNATIONAL – Please contact us prior to ordering for international shipping requests.

Factory Supply Co. stands behind their products with a 100% money back guarantee and our goal is to only sell great quality products to our customers. We accept returns on defective merchandise and exchanges on unused/unworn merchandise. To place a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you received the wrong item, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. The item can be sent back and it will be replaced with the correct one. Shipping and handling on exchanges and all other returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges Guidelines:
• All returns must be requested within 14 days
• Only unworn and unwashed garments will be accepted
• You are responsible for shipping costs- if you were sent the wrong item, you will be credited back for the postage used for the return to us
• Please allow 7-14 business days for any of your refund or credit requests
• Factory Supply Co. will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty or ‘PostageDue’ status
• Factory Supply Co. is not responsible for lost shipments without any proof of delivery
• Wrap the package securely
• Address package clearly

Our online store includes an inventory system that we update on a regular basis. If any items becomes back ordered between updates, Factory Supply Co. will contact you to inform you of this issue and provide you with an expected date of shipment. If you are looking to buy an out of stock item or size, please contact us so we can provide you with an expected date of having that item back in stock.

We are not setup to take phone or fax orders. All orders are made through our online store and all inquiries can be made by email.
